Three steps to a loyal customer base
Activate the card
The customer registers once as a regular in your shop and activates their card — from then on it is permanently linked to their profile.
Collect points
There's one point per full euro spent on food — so 25 points on a €25.70 order. Logged in it happens automatically, otherwise via the card code in the cart.
Redeem a voucher
From the points threshold you define, the customer exchanges their points in the regulars' profile for a euro-value voucher — directly and without compromises.
◆ Your rules
You determine the name and value of the points
“Fantasia coins”, tokens, stamps — you give the points their name. And you decide how much a point is worth: at 10 cents per point, the customer from the example would have collected €2.50 (i.e. 10%).
- Unlike vouchers, the card only takes effect after real orders — the customer pays in advance
- Points are only available in your shop — not on the delivery portal where you pay commission
- The customer collects motivating points instead of cent amounts — and is rewarded with real euro value
- Easily reorder cards: our partner print shop prints them with the card code ready to go
