Is eCaupo an alternative to Lieferando, Wolt & co.?
Yes. Instead of paying commission to a delivery portal like Lieferando, with eCaupo you get your own online shop at a flat price — orders go directly to you, not through a third-party portal.
Do I need hardware for the shop system?
No. A tablet, notebook or PC with internet access is enough to see incoming orders. Alternatively, you can have them printed automatically on an order receipt — with certain receipt printers (e.g. from Star) even without any tablet or PC, since these devices print directly over the internet.
How quickly is my shop online?
Your fully set-up shop is ready in 2–3 business days — including your menu, which we enter for you. It only goes live when you want it to.
Who enters my menu?
We do. You send us your menu and we set everything up. After that you can change items, prices and offers yourself at any time — over 800 settings are open to you.
What does eCaupo really cost?
€39 (Standard) or €49 (Professional) per month plus VAT, plus a one-time €29 installation per location. No commission — no matter how much revenue you make.
Can I try eCaupo beforehand?
Yes, free for 4 weeks. Nothing starts automatically: your contract only begins once you actively decide to go live. On top of that, you can try our demo shops at any time — orders are not processed there.
How long am I contractually bound?
The trial phase is non-binding. Your contract only begins with your go-live — and then with just 3 months minimum term.
